The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in Philadelphia is seeking a Well-being Program Manager, reporting to the Vice President, Health & Well-being, to be responsible for the design, administration, and evaluation of The Board of Pensions' well-being programs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Improves overall plan member well-being through the development of engaging and effective programs.
  • Oversees all Board wellness programs including Call to Health, Employee Assistance, Vision, Dental and chronic condition management.
  • Manages the Well-being Program budget and vendor performance.
  • Initiates, directs, and reports analysis and outcomes of the program's impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Benefits or industry related certifications
  • Experience in Benefits Plan Administration
  • An ability to make informed decisions and sound judgments regarding complex issues
  • Excellent analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
