Overview

The objective of the Warehouse Lead is to assist the supervisor in the training of qualified, competent, and productive staff supporting the objective of providing exceptional service to our Consultants. This is accomplished by assigning work and workstations, training and instructing all new and current associates, check, evaluate, and report work quality and productivity data.

Responsibilities

  • The Warehouse Lead will be assisting department supervisors in the daily activities of their assigned department.

  • You can be assigned to any department within the scope of your functional abilities which can include, Pick/Pack/Replenishment, Receiving, Transfers, Inventory Control and Kitting.

  • You will be expected in conjunction with direction from the direct department supervisor to ensure workflow is continuous and labor is utilized accordingly by coordinating all staffing within the department. Communication with multiple levels of the operation are required to ensure the operation runs smoothly. The role requires multi-tasking as you will be expected to work multiple functions to ensure all productivity goals are met. You are expected to be fully knowledgeable in the functional area you are assigned as you will be expected to step in and work with the Warehouse Associates as needed.

  • Arbonne utilizes a combination of systems such as Oracle (WMS), QCS (WCS) and a Pick to Light system which are all interconnected and allow for our operation to run. You will need to obtain a level of mastery over these systems and be expected to be knowledgeable within them to ensure you are well prepared to answer staff questions on processes.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse environment

  • Experience in a high-volume pick/pack operation preferred but not required

  • Direct knowledge of Oracle or similar WMS

  • Experience with radio frequency ID systems (RFID), bar code systems

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Analytical skills capable to deliver business results based on critical thinking
