Loyola University Maryland invites applications for fulltime, nontenuretrack position in American literature. This position is for one year.
Faculty responsibilities include teaching four undergraduate literature courses per semester and participation in departmental events. MA in American literature required; PhD or ABD preferred. Proven ability to teach introductory literature and literary history courses required. Strong commitment to excellence in teaching, including an appreciation of or engagement in high-impact teaching practices.
