The Unemployment Tax coordinator team at Justworks owns unemployment registration setup and communication with our customers regarding their accounts.
As an Unemployment Tax Coordinator you will work within the State Unemployment Insurance and Customer Success teams to help collect the necessary information to help file unemployment taxes for Justworks clients. You will be able to blend together operational and problem-solving skills by working cross-functionally to resolve inquiries/issues while aiming to maximize operational efficiency.
