Purpose Of Position

Immediate opening for a transaction and marketing coordinator at a real estate brokerage company. CIRE Partners specializes in the advisory, consulting and transactional services of net leased real estate properties nationwide. At CIRE Partners, our transaction and marketing coordinator will work specifically with the brokerage team and play an integral role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, high efficiency in terms of organization and details, collaboration, initiative and ownership, and commitment to growth and success. Also, the transaction and marketing coordinator will possess a thorough understanding of the marketing and closing process as it relates to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and lending transactions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create Broker Opinion of Values, Offering Memorandums, Email Blast Templates, Marketing Campaigns, and Social Media, and Company Website Posts.
  • Implement systems, checklists, and processes/procedures for the marketing and sale of real estate transactions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Correspond with title/escrow companies, brokers, clients, and other related parties, ensuring that all information and documents are completed and delivered on time for the successful closing of real estate transactions.
  • Oversee the opening of escrows, order title reports, produce critical dates timelines, submission of earnest money deposits, and schedule third party reports (appraisals, inspections, surveys, and environmental).
  • Ensure all the brokers required commission documents are completed and approved in a timely fashion, all while communicating with our office manager and accounting department.
  • Produce and review letters of intent, contracts, disclosures, amendments, and addendums (CAR Forms or AIR CRE Forms), as well as lease agreements and other due diligence documents, to know what each does and is needed throughout a real estate transaction.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Ability to assist in document preparation.

Job Experience Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience real estate in a similar role.
  • Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  • A Real Estate license is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint).
  • Photoshop, InDesign, and Podio experience are a plus.

Reporting Structure: This position reports to the company President.

  • Develop a strong knowledge of the team and clients' needs.
  • Manage costs to be within budget and identify cost savings initiatives.

Additional Details

  • Location: Desired location for candidate is San Diego, CA.
  • Work Environment: The company is currently working primarily remotely; however, it is planning to have people back in the office in some capacity as pandemic restrictions ease. The company is evaluating flexible work arrangements long-term, though candidates should expect to spend some portion of their work time in the office.
