Role Summary

The Training Manager plays a critical role in the guidance, support, and development of our team members. You will assess training and development needs and oversee the team's day-to-day functions to carry out the existing process. Additionally, you will continuously identify ways to develop and enhance both the team and the current programs set in place. You will have a direct and immeasurable impact on the success and growth of our training program.

Responsibilities

  • Support Training Specialists in their development needs and objectives.
  • Meet with team members to discuss departmental expectations, follow-up regarding performance and adherence, and help with identifying resolution plans for any concerns in performance.
  • Ensure that uniform training is provided to all employees through the creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Oversee the creation and administration of programs to train Operations Managers and Supervisors on procedural changes and new integrations.
  • Keep up to date with all policy and procedure to ensure team members have the support and appropriate knowledge to disseminate the information needed.
  • Perform Dealer training to facilitate uniform processing of signals and data.
  • Inform and inspire new and existing employees on full compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Support and work with other Department Managers regarding training and development needs, as well as all aspects of daily processes to identify areas of improvement within training and initiate adjustments to the program.
  • Play a key-role in growing and assessing the potential of the program and team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year degree, management experience, or equivalent military experience
  • Proficiency of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexible with own schedule in order to support the team as needed and meet all goals
  • Committed to the role with an impeccable attendance record
  • Professional and active communication skills

  • Experience displaying the ability to develop lasting professional relationships
  • Passionate about the department's goals and objectives
  • Creative and forward-thinking

Special Conditions:

  • Rotating shifts is required as necessary
  • Overtime is required as necessary
  • Weekend availability a must Committed to the role with an impeccable attendance record
  • 24-hour availability as needed
