This role will support the ever-growing, client-facing training team. You will handle all of the daily operations such as scheduling classes, booking rooms, and setting up e-mail and slack groups. Managing all of the data and metrics pertaining to the training classes is a big part of the role; attendance, assessment scores, knowledge checks, and other metrics specific to all of the roles we train.

Your Success Profile

What You Will Work On

  • Track and create reports on all mandatory training assigned to our internal customers
  • Market training opportunities to our client-facing teams and provide information on the benefits to encourage participation
  • Maintain all records pertaining to training courses and cohorts
  • Create training schedules for all new hire onboarding classes and ongoing training opportunities
  • Manage training requests from our internal stakeholders
  • Handle all tasks related to setting up new hire onboarding cohorts
  • Update courses as minor changes occur
  • Market trainings to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation
  • Order training materials, gift cards, and help manage the budget pertaining to the training cohorts
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years experience in a fast-paced office environment with transferable skills
  • Proficient in using G Suite with a focus on Google Sheets (or Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn how to use data to inform decision making
  • Experience using and/or managing a learning management system (LMS) preferred
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment
