We are currently searching for a Trade Compliance Analyst. Candidates must be organized with the ability to prioritize and manage a dynamic workload and operate in a fluid and demanding environment. They must exhibit a high level of professionalism in working with external contacts as well as internal customers. Experience with trade compliance and/or international logistics is required; experience with imports under FDA and USDA regulation is preferred. Attention to detail, problem solving, and critical thinking skills is needed to be successful in the role.

The Trade Compliance analyst will be primarily responsible for working with imports into the US that are regulated by multiple government agencies. Other responsibilities include working with participating government agencies, database management, free trade agreements, foreign trade zones, and other compliance functions as needed. Specific responsibilities include:

• Create and maintain product control sheets for imported products
• Create and maintain entity control sheets for international trade partners
• Work with government agencies on imported shipments
• Collaborate with project management teams on shipments relating to new product launches
• Data management of information from the FDA, USDA, DEA, and US Customs
• Supporting other team members with compliance functions, including, but not limited to, foreign trade zone management, entry writing, reconciliation, and shipment detentions

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree is required with a minimum of five years work experience in trade compliance
• Work with Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on excel, SAP, Integration Point, and ACE is preferred
• Skilled at written communications is needed
