The Temporary Worker, Finance will be tasked with understanding, assisting, and validating Concur process and other treasury functions as needed. Some Key Accountabilities include:
1. Leadership
- Will utilize and update SOPs as needed.
2. Concur Travel Expense
- Assist with setting up Concur user accounts and credit cards.
- Monitor Concur updates and new process flows.
- Generate reports as needed while perform bi-weekly audits.
3. Treasury
- Assist with bank upload and daily reconciliations as needed.
4. Accounts Payable
ABOUT YOU
- Should be pursuing or have a Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- Excel: Advanced Excel Skills
- PowerPoint for creating very detailed training materials
- Good interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with staff at all levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be adept at communicating financial concepts and results to non-finance personnel.
- Demonstrated problem resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional team; demonstrated ability to partner with other departments.
Position Location: This role can be remote in the United States.
Hourly Salary: $15.81 - $23.71 per hour based on skills and experience
GJC Level: S2 (for internal purposes only)
