Our team is looking for an experienced contract pharmaceutical recruiter to help us continue building towards that vision. Youll be responsible for leading efforts to attract and hire the strongest talent to our R&D team in San Diego and Princeton. You should be someone who is motivated by the "hunt" and passionate about moving this company forward one great new hire at a time.

Interested? Here's what we need from you:

  • Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruitment experience in biotech/pharma; you should have a strong extensive network of professionals in the pharmaceuticals industry
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the commercialized pharmaceuticals environment, leveraging your insights to guide your recruiting efforts to be as efficient and effective as possible
  • You are great at prioritizing over time and in the moment
  • You move quickly and effectively, knowing how to plan your day around interviews, sourcing tasks, and escalating great candidates to the right manager
  • You value the importance of the candidate experience and providing candidates with top-notch service
  • You have exceptional professional communication skills, both in writing, over the phone, and in person
  • You are always learning new things and consider yourself a curious person - adding new skills to your experience is a major motivating factor for you
  • You are an exceptional relationship builder with both internal customers (hiring managers, executive leaders, SMEs, etc.) as well as with your candidates and extended network
  • You consistently pipeline great talent for future needs, knowing when and where to encourage hiring managers and executive leadership to make opportunity hires
  • Experience attending networking events (meetups, industry education sessions, etc.) to expand local connections and network and creatively sourcing candidates through various means (social media, academic journals, cold calls, etc.)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Corporate Recruiter a must
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience

Bonus points for:

  • Prior experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system
  • Prior experience with AI, programmatic advertising, or any other cutting-edge recruiting industry tools

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the contractor is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, see, talk or hear in a standard office environment. The contractor must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
