Primary Responsibilities:
  • Initiates requisition process in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and posts positions on internal and external sites
  • Performs Full Life Cycle recruiting for select Temp requisitions
  • Supports our Internship Program
  • Schedules phone interviews and coordinates travel arrangements and logistics for on-site interviews including interfacing with candidates and hiring teams, scheduling meeting rooms and managing scheduling changes to ensure interview processes run smoothly
  • Interfaces with Relocation partner to schedule area/relocation tours for designated candidates
  • Manages and tracks candidates through the recruiting pipeline helping to ensure a good candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Prepares and processes offer letters, initiates and monitors background checks and references, effectively transitions pending new hires to HR Operations and closes out staffing requisitions
  • Leads temporary employee orientations and onboarding activities and reviews and processes temporary staffing invoices
  • Updates and maintains the ATS, assists with reporting on recruiting metrics and activity, and compiles related EEO tracking reports
  • Manages the employee referral program, tracking and reporting on program success
  • Participates with the recruiting team in strategizing new ways to source candidates through social media and diversity websites and other innovative campaigns
  • Reconciles department and candidate (recruiting) Amex bills
  • Assists with department projects as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Experience/Skills:

AA degree with a minimum of 1 year related experience, including ATS and staffing related experience, preferred. Experience with onboarding processes and HRIS is preferred as is experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry. An equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered.

Must possess:
  • Highest level of professionalism and integrity with the ability to maintain confidential information
  • Strong computer skills including ATS experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload and work to and meet tight deadlines.
