This is an in-person on campus, non-remote position. For the 2022-2023 academic year, the University has implemented a pilot program allowing employees to work either a compressed 4-day work week with extended workdays or may work from home one day a week. Participation is subject to Divisional Executive approval depending on operational need.

The Stockton University Biology Program seeks to fill a one year, non-tenure track position (NTTP) for a Teaching Specialist in the area of Microbiology beginning September 2023. Teaching responsibilities will include a microbiology course taken by biology and health science majors (lecture and laboratory). Other teaching responsibilities may involve contributing to teaching introductory biology and/or genetics (lectures and/or labs), teaching in the Universitys interdisciplinary general studies curriculum, and/or offering an upper-level course in the candidates area of expertise. The successful candidate must demonstrate a dedication to excellent teaching and service appropriate for a primarily undergraduate institution.
