Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degreein Healthcare or Business related field preferred
3-5 years of recruitment experience required, preferably in campus recruiting at a professional services firm or health system
- Experienced and passionate about creating and deploying strategies for various recruiting initiatives including but not limited to campus recruitment, diversity, veteran, reentry outreach and recruitment programs
Outstanding written and verbal communicator; able to clearly and passionately articulate the AtlantiCare value proposition and listen exceptionally well
Flexible and a self-starter; able to manage multiple responsibilities and processes independently while remaining detail-oriented
Ability to develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels throughout the organization
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and applicant tracking systems
Strong organization and recruitment project execution experience
Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends and travel up to 50% as needed for events

An integral member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Recruiter will play a significant role in leading our growing campus recruiting efforts, internship program, and experienced early career hiring efforts. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS- Partner with AtlantiCare leaders to develop campus strategy; ensure branding and messaging across each recruiting channel is consistent with the AtlantiCare mission and value proposition
- Plan and execute a series of high-touch campus recruiting events and marketing efforts on-campus, at AtlantiCare offices, and virtually
- Leverage competitive intelligence and recruiting season results to identify areas for improvement and drive changes to our campus strategy each year
- Partner with the Talent teams to lead the Summer Internship program
- Promotion and implementation of strategic initiatives; participates in the development and implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives
- Educates client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process as well as provide training and guidance on policies and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders and execute on the strategy, development and execution of the campus and inclusion program across the Country
- Build, maintain and foster relationships with target inclusive organizations, universities, professors, administration, and student organizations
- Liaison for international nurse recruitment to promote diverse nurse candidates who are interested in joining
- Serve as a consultant for the business to advise on their internship and program hiring needs and opportunities
- Project manage planning to build and strengthen AHS brand as employer of choice online and at events
- Leverage data status and trends to inform recruiting decisions
- Drive employment and regulatory standards that apply to all recruitment activity and ensures compliance with all local, state, federal rules applicable laws, and Atlantic Health System practices, including OSHA, Joint Commission, and Magnet
