Duties and Responsibilities

As Talent Acquisition Analyst, you'll serve as an integral part of the team, provide general support, manage day-to-day systems operations as well as apply talent acquisition specialty to each project. You'll also be supporting a variety of talent attraction tactics.

As part of a cross collaborative team and under direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help coordinate and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities to ensure clients' candidate journey is seamless and candidate engagement is high.

  • Engagement data, partners and tools
    • Stay abreast of top candidate engagement tactics, processes and tools
    • Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
      • Assist team to identify clients business process and technology best fit for implementing an ATS within the clients process, reviewing implementation requirements, set-up, maintenance and analytics reporting
    • Sourcing Partners
      • Assist team to identify sourcing partners for fit
    • Analyze and monitor, from various internal and external resources, job posting trends (client by client, in aggregate, by sector, by region etc) report to team specific trends and recommendations
    • Manage interactions with Ohio's talent attraction candidate platform encouraging companies to requisition candidates, analyze overall company and candidate trends within the system and provide insights to team for continuous improvement
  • Job Description Rewrites
    • Leveraging research from available resources (Google Trends, Uber Suggest, similar posted jobs, etc.) you will provide recommendation on best job title to utilize for a client based on location and trending keywords and terms
    • Based on knowledge gained on project client, you will identify Company's style, medium and messaging preferences and make necessary changes to job descriptions to ensure optimal format for peak job ad performance
  • Job Posting Management
    • Create, post and manage project client's job ads via the JobTarget platform
    • Monitor all project clients job board campaigns, including; posting removal and edits, ensuring links to client's apply page are working correctly, jobs are receiving traffic and escalating any issues
    • Compile required data to run and create monthly job board reports for client's
    • Analyze and monitor client's job posting trends report to team trends and recommendations

Experience Requirements

  • Can-do, team attitude: ability to work independently and effectively across functions teams
  • Highly organized and great at prioritizing and follow up
  • A problem Solver, able to visualize and articulate solutions using an analytical mindset
  • Meticulous about detail and accuracy comfortable working in high volume, multi-faceted environment managing multiple projects that require exceptional customer service, critical thinking, attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Prior experience with recruiting/sourcing or project coordination in a high volume and dynamic environment, preferred
  • Experience with talent acquisition tools, data sets and office applications (ex: Microsoft)
  • Demonstrated skill in conducting research, performing analysis, and applying findings in any capacity
  • Interest and/or background with creative writing a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Can work autonomously with limited oversight and direction

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (business, finance, economics, or related degree)
