**Senior Strategy Consultant (Director)** **, Client Solutions Group**

The Strategy & Market Intelligence Team of the Client Solutions Group at Dell is searching for a Strategy Project Leader/ Engagement Manager to join our business unit strategy team.

The 50+ person Client Strategy & Market Intelligence Team provides an internal consulting function for Dells $60B Client Solutions business unit, partnering with the executive leadership team to define the near- and long-term strategy for Dells worldwide PCs, Peripherals and End User Solutions businesses. Working in coordination with our functional leaders, we drive large transformational projects around customer experience, market expansion, and portfolio strategy, as well as market and business diagnostics to identify and solution operational issues.

The Project Leader is a key senior role on this team and will take ownership of large projects and other team building activities. Individuals who excel in this role are viewed as key talent within the organization and can scale within the Strategy Organization into a people leader opportunity or into our business functions.

**Responsibilities:** The Project Leader will be responsible for:

+ Leading project teams (~2-7 people) to execute complex projects using issue and data analysis, problem solving, project management, and communication

+ Working cross-functionally with Dell Executives and other stakeholders including product, sales, messaging, technology and research groups; and external partners including channel partners, suppliers and third-party providers to identify and align strategy

+ Identifying new business and business model opportunities

+ Creating/crafting/driving strategies for Dell's approach to target markets using qualitative and quantitative research

+ Conducting competitor and market assessments

+ Evaluating global partnerships and alliances or acquisition opportunities

Ideally the candidate will be located in Singapore, but we will consider remotely based candidates.

**Essential Requirements**

+ Very strong understanding of business strategies and drivers

+ Top tier consulting experience as an experienced Engagement Manager or management consulting experience coupled with Director level in-house strategy experience or experienced Director at Big 4 strategy practice

+ Demonstrated skills in fact-based analysis, presentation, and interpersonal interaction

+ Deep understanding of current technology trends and markets

+ Expert problem solving and quantitative analytical skills

+ Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges

**Desirable Requirements**

+ MBA from a top-tier business school

+ 15+ years of experience across management consulting and in-house strategy roles
