About Myriad Genetics
Myriad Genetics (NASDAQ: MYGN) is a leading precision medicine company dedicated to being a trusted advisor and transforming peoples' lives worldwide with pioneering molecular diagnostic tests.

Myriad is proud of its pioneering science and expertise across all three categories of biomarkers including DNA, RNA and proteins. Through its proprietary technologies, Myriad is identifying important disease genes, the proteins they produce, and the biological pathways in which they are involved to better understand the genetic basis of human disease. Myriad's products are solving critical unmet medical needs, helping patients to identify the right treatments at the right time and lowering healthcare costs.

The company's exciting commercial portfolio includes 11 first-in-class or best-in-class products that serve a total addressable market of $15 billion. Myriad has substantive commercial depth and breadth, with a 700-person salesforce and a customer base of more than 100,000 healthcare providers across 143 countries. Myriad conducted more than one million tests in fiscal year 2019 alone.

Myriad's commercial organization is aligned around six therapeutic areas including autoimmune diseases, dermatology, neuroscience, oncology, urology and women's health. The company's tests in these medical specialties help answer important questions for healthcare providers and their patients including assessing the risk of hereditary cancer, predicting the aggressiveness of existing cancers, determining which cancer treatments are best for patients, predicting disease progression in people with rheumatoid arthritis, and identifying gene-drug interactions in people taking antidepressants.

The field of precision medicine now is entering a hyper-growth phase in which molecular diagnostics will be key to improving patient outcomes. Myriad is among the best positioned molecular diagnostic companies to lead the way in innovation and drive long-term, sustainable growth for its shareholders and employees.
