Len The Plumber is seeking a talented Service Manager to lead a team of 15+ service technicians. The Service Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day sales, operations and customer service experience for their own technician team.

The ideal candidate for this role:

• Has 3-5 years of direct management experience
• Has a proven record of being able to mobilize and drive a team to achieve set goals (revenue, efficiency, customer service).
• Is a leader, self-driven and highly motivated to make a strong impact with the team, the company and our customers.
• Has a genuine desire to coach, mentor and train to grow and enhance team performance
• Would preferably come from a plumbing background, have been a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber, or been a successful residential Service Tech
