Justworks is seeking an experienced frontend engineer to join our mobile team. As a successful candidate, you have demonstrated the ability to build, deploy and maintain large-scale, complex applications. You have worked with customer-facing applications and know how to separate data and functionality as necessary. You understand and use automated testing as a productivity multiplier.

What You Will Work On

• Collaborate with a cross functional team to find solutions to customer challenges
• Take ownership of designing and developing functionalities that are exposed via mobile
• Add capabilities to our high-volume, fault-tolerant processing infrastructure
• Implement internal services
• Enhance our testing, monitoring and continuous deployment infrastructure
• Keep extremely sensitive data compartmentalized and secure
• Perform other related duties as assigned

As a Senior Software Engineer for the mobile team, you will be leveraging your experience working with customer-facing mobile applications. You will be responsible to design and build complex features, and will demonstrate an understanding and use of automated testing as a productivity multiplier. You will be working primarily in React Native.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on experience building customer-facing applications
• Experience with React (React Native is a plus)
• Strong object-oriented design and coding skills
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience building an iOS or Android app is a plus
• Experience with GraphQL is a plus
