What we're looking for in you
  • Bachelor's degree required Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 4 years of experience in the network systems support field or an equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience
  • 4 years of experience designing and coordinating the installation of infrastructure systems and maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems hardware, software, and peripherals
  • 4 years of experience providing a range of systems training and/or support activities for users while developing and writing systems and applications documentation and guides for users
  • 4 years of experience diagnosing and resolving network issues multi-site WAN environment
  • 4 years of experience analyzing emerging trends and recommending solutions

Your role as a Senior IT Systems Analyst

Manages the enterprise systems infrastructure for the firm. Responsibilities include: managing enterprise systems, managing key infrastructure applications, analyzing performance and capacity data, and ensures environments are highly secured through implementation of technologies that aligns with business practices. Selects, develops, integrates, and implements system management applications for infrastructure components.
