Senior Director, Global Enablement - Open to Remote

Location: Open to Remote worker in the U.S. - or our offices in Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ or Palo Alto, CA

The Senior Director, Global Enablement is responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable client-facing teams to execute the core aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as they relate to selling and revenue performance. This position supports our go-to-market function, building and scaling enablement across multiple sales and non-sales departments. You will distill and aid in development of expertise in the art, science, and grit of great sales and client experiences. You will enhance our team's ability to achieve quarterly quotas, step into new roles, and deliver improved quarter-on-quarter results.

Specifically, this role includes ownership of the following tasks:

  • Develop new go-to-market capabilities that help us achieve our growth objectives as we solidify ourselves as the leader in connected firm management solutions for the professional and financial services industry
  • Evaluate, build, and scale our enablement engine to supercharge sales professionals, sales support experts, and sales leadership
  • Architect the evolution of our sales enablement function and chart a roadmap for the team
  • Direct change management programs focused on improving sales and coaching best practices
  • Provide thought leadership and direction for the creation and maintenance of sales procedures, training materials, and other resources
  • Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the sales organization as well as handoff processes between departments that work closely with the sales teams
  • Manage, inspire, and maintain sales process adherence and accountability with sales team individual contributors and leaders
  • Work with internal IT, external vendors, and the Intapp leadership team to identify and implement tools, technologies, and process enhancements to improve the efficiency and productivity of the learning team and the experience for our learners
  • Work closely with HR and sales to optimize onboarding and training process for new sales team members
  • Design, organize, and lead periodic sales training events

What you bring to the table:

  • 7+ years' experience leading a sales enablement function with a background in enterprise SaaS go-to-market strategy
  • Proficiency in adult learning theory to support experiential training methods and instructional design
  • Experience building, scaling, and managing a sales enablement function to simultaneously serve multiple segments, lines of business, and geographies
  • Expertise in tactical sales-skills training and coaching across various sales methodologies
  • A results- and success-oriented mentality; aptitude conveying a sense of urgency, building consensus, and driving issues to closure
  • Understanding of, and experience in, selling to professional and financial services organizations
  • Thorough understanding of instructional design is key
  • Experience leveraging data and metrics to assess current operations and make analytical improvement recommendations
  • Ability to balance priorities while working with diverse teams and stakeholders to identify needs and synthesize information to develop strategic action plans
  • Experience quickly developing a deep understanding of how our clients explore and buy our solutions
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills, including strategic and independent thinking to identify problems and recommend effective plans of action
  • Strong communication skills; capable of conveying complex information to a broad audience that includes, but is not limited to, preparing executive-level documents and corporate-wide presentation materials
  • An innate drive to innovate and optimize available resources
  • Flexibility and comfort in adjusting to ambitious and evolving changing business requirements
  • Experience administering and managing enablement tools including Seismic and Rehearsal is a plus
  • Bachelors Degree; MBA a plus.
