Lytx is seeking an experienced and highly technical Analyst who will support the operations of Enterprise Client Success business unit through actionable data insights and be a key player in the successful implementation and rollout of Client Success' software. The Senior Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Client Intelligence.

A successful Senior Analyst, Client Success will be a results oriented, high-impact individual not afraid of rolling up their sleeves who will thrive in a highly visible, rapidly evolving and data driven organization.
What you'll do:
  • Support Enterprise Client Success through analytics - reporting solutions and data insights to internal and external clients.
  • Prioritize business requests, based on Client Success strategic initiatives and objectives, while simultaneously managing multiple high priority, time sensitive client/business needs to meet/ exceed service level agreements.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to leadership on short-term and long-term strategy and objectives using analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Own the standardization and documentation of all the projects and identify new ways to utilize automation and reporting capabilities, find efficiencies and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and expedite turnaround times.
  • Develop key operational and Client Success metrics for efficient management of the client's and organization's needs including, but not limited to, client trials, retention, deployments, program health and overall account health.
  • Translates business needs into technical requirements, and analyze ambiguous data and understand the trends and relationships to produce clear insights and support the Client Success leadership in decision making.
  • Design, build and maintain reports, data models by consolidating the data from multiple data sources and collaborate with data engineering team to drive the data strategy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business, operations, engineering or related field; or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience analyzing/working with large sets of data to drive critical business decisions
  • Expert SQL and Excel knowledge
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong organization skills and ability to maintain and keep track of multiple information sources.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence Tools such as Tableau, Dundas, Power BI and motivation to learn adopted BI Applications
  • Preferred experience in CRM and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, able to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely
  • Team oriented, with a collaborative approach for addressing challenges
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
