Our seasoned code, zoning, and permitting experts can handle all phases of the permit filing process, from due diligence and initial research to performing the special inspections and securing the final Certificate of Occupancy.

Milrose provides a comprehensive suite of building compliance solutions to the industrial, academic, healthcare, institutional, residential, commercial, retail, and entertainment business sectors. Services provided by Milrose Consultants, Permit Advisors, and Integrated Group include but are not limited to: Code Consulting, Zoning Analysis, Special Inspections, and Permit Expediting services for New Buildings, Interior Alterations, Permits, Violation Research, Violations Dismissals, Letters of Completion, and Certificates of Occupancy.


The Sales and Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing Teams. Main responsibilities include managing the company's RFP response process, coordinating outbound sales campaigns, and creating sales collateral, client presentations, and sales training materials.


RFP: Responsible for full life cycle of RFP

  • Drafting all responses
  • Coordinate, track and facilitate to meet deliverables.
  • Create and maintain an RFP library that contains up-to-date descriptions and photos of all past project experiences, team resumes, and client references across all regions and industry sectors.
  • Work to integrate new company acquisitions into company RFP materials

Outbound Campaigns

  • Utilize Zoom Info to pull and prepare lead lists for Sales representatives each week
  • Import lead lists into HubSpot and organize integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, including contacts, emails, workflows and reports.

Events Coordination

  • Responsible for pre/post event coordination of all, conferences, trade shows, lunch and learns, seminars and events to include but not limited to coordination, budgeting, and logistics.


  • Assist Sales team with opportunities and database management as it relates to data entry, tracking, and key account information within Salesforce.
  • research contact information within third party database as requested by Sales representatives.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing Departments and other key departments internally to identify and align efficiencies among the department and/or SOP's as necessary.


Associate may be required to attend meetings, conferences, seminars at the discretion of management and/or if it is project related. All travel is subject to Milrose's company policies.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume production environment.
  • Maintains the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude either verbally or written communication.

Education and/ or Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience or equivalent
  • Strong writing skills are a requirement
  • Must be a team player with strong initiative and a desire to learn.
  • Must possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills along with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Exceptional computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo required
  • Experience using Proposify, Canva, and Adobe InDesign preferred
