Overland, Pacific & Cutler, LLC. is a dynamic, professional real estate services firm that provides a full complement of land and right of way services, including real estate appraisal, acquisition, relocation, and program management to a public agency and private developer clientele. Our clients include departments of transportation, housing authorities and city and county agencies. Currently, OPC is expanding its services, and we have opportunities available for Relocation Specialist in Southern California.
The Relocation Specialist performs basic right of way (ROW) project tasks for the temporary or permanent relocation of residential owners and tenants affected by public and private projects, in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, codes, and regulations and serves as a representative of clients who have contracted with OPC to perform relocation project tasks. OPC will train you to prepare relocation project documents, assist residents with their relocation, and do thorough property inspections.
