Loyola University Maryland seeks a Records System Analyst to support the Records Office technology initiatives and facilitate continuous technology improvement in student and faculty services. This position serves as the Records Office liaison and collaborator with the Enterprise Applications (EA) development team in Technology Services that supports Records operational needs; conducts business process review and analysis; implements business process improvement to streamline services, create efficiencies, and support Loyola's sustainability and strategic initiatives; responsible for data entry of student and course information into Colleague and related systems; trains university personnel on policies and procedures associated with specialized study courses, incomplete, mid-term, and final grading. A Bachelor's degree in relevant field and three to five years' experience in a service-oriented, technology-driven environment; or equivalent combination of comparable education and experience.
