Job Description:

The Project Manager, Placement is part of a dynamic team that is responsible for the critical process of matching KGSP students to undergraduate degree programs. This position collaborates with KGSP functional managers and serves as lead for advanced projects between Placement and Foundation Year Advising.

This Project Manager, Placement will produce reports that will inform Placement's university application strategy and will be responsible for their development and maintenance in CRM. This position is responsible for quality control, ensuring data and reporting requirements are approached consistently. Additionally, they identify strategies to improve process and efficiencies, and they are responsible for providing clear communication and updates to all project stakeholders.

The Institute of International Education ("IIE") has a hybrid work environment that allows team members a combination of in-office work and telework at any of the locations listed above.

Essential Functions:
Design relevant tracking systems (e.g., dashboards or program reports) within CRM-based system and monitor for accurate reporting and data entry
Design complex reports to track and analyze historic Placement data for contractual reporting and reporting that informs internal strategy; data visualization
Propose and implement best-practices for collection and maintenance of participant documents and oversee day to day workflow of Placement Document process
Develop and lead trainings of FY Advising, Placement and other team members
Facilitates discussion and collaboration (e.g., Annual Debrief, weekly meeting) between the FY Advising and Placement Teams
Conduct infrequent programmatic travel (e.g., Meet and Greets, Arrival Orientation, or Convocation)
Support team with tasks as needed.
Light programmatic travel may be required.

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least two years of related work experience, or combination education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good organization skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to work on and prioritize multiple tasks.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite and data analysis / visualization platforms (e.g. knowledge of R or Power BI)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as transcripts, certifications, manuals; to write reports and correspondence; and to verbally present information to different audiences (e.g. participants or internal team members)
Knowledge of US higher education system and admissions process a plus.

Salary Range:$60,547 - $70,386. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, internal organizational equity, and geographic region.
