Our rapidly growing company is searching for a Project Coordinator who is fascinated by research and evaluation and is a natural organizer. This person thrives on ensuring projects run smoothly and can coordinate the steps needed to successfully complete projects. Your natural enthusiasm and communication skills will be used as you will work with the project manager and adjunct team to organize and implement new and exciting company projects. Working in a team environment, you will assist with monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures; planning and participating in stakeholder meetings; and ensuring project deadlines are always met.

This role is a great fit for someone who desires to help vulnerable populations and improve public health. By monitoring current projects, coordinating with team members, and strategizing with project managers, you will ensure the workflow stays on track. Though your work you will improve the project process, track and analyze project risks, and recommend improvementsall part of enriching projects and ensuring their success.

Your organizational skills will be used as your assign project tasks, ensure workflow stays on track, organize and plan project meetings, and ensure projects align with their set strategy and budget. You will be involved in all aspects of coordinating projects, such as managing project schedules, materials, meeting notes, communication, task assignments, and other project-related support.

To be successful in this role, you'll need ability to stay calm and flexible under tight deadlines; exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; and great multitasking and time-management skills. It will be important to be comfortable communicating with clients and working collaboratively with your teammates.

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related field of study.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills; well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong and thorough knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
