Agiloft is looking for Professional Services Sales Managers that thrive working with large enterprises in multiple industries, with unique business challenges requiring sophisticated solution design.
Position Overview
Agiloft Professional Services Sales Managers are responsible for selling implementation services to customers, advisory services to partners (including responding to RFP order of magnitude services requests), and as-needed selling training.
In this role, you will be positioning the value of Agiloft professional services, defining services scope, defining the timeline of the engagements/projects, leading scoping efforts, building out the LOE quotes and SoWs, and closing out the opportunity so it can be recognized as a booking (done in conjunction with AEs as needed and the Deal Desk). This involves working directly with the Account Executives (AEs), Alliances team members, the Regional Sales Vice Presidents, and the Deal Desk. You will work alongside the Account Executive to participate in discovery conversations, gather implementation requirements, write implementation proposals, and present those proposals to customers. You will act as the bridge between the Professional Services organization and the sales team, communicating pending opportunities, customer concerns, and feedback to Professional Services while helping to share key initiatives back to the sales teams.
In addition, Agiloft Professional Services Sales Managers are responsible for achieving the quarterly and year-to-date service booking targets and accurately managing the services opportunities and pipeline.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of customer-specific implementation and post-implementation delivery service proposals by engaging cross-functionally with subject matter experts across the organization to determine the best solution for the customer
  • Gather business requirements to create a comprehensive Professional Services quote for customers and prospects
  • Actively prospect against incoming opportunities for implementation services
  • Actively collaborate with account executives, sales engineers, and alliances teams to convey the value proposition of Agiloft's services
  • Align closely with Agiloft's Sales team and the Deal Desk to own pre-sales activities such as pitching, scoping, SOW development, and closing service delivery opportunities including leading services negotiations and SOW reviews.
  • Provide the Professional Services team with subject matter expertise related to the proposed solution plan and customer's needs to ensure successful services delivery
  • Assist with other Sales or Professional Services prospects and customer requests as needed
  • Assist with onboarding new partner SIs and providing insight into Agiloft's preferred methodology for scoping and implementation quoting best practices
  • Be responsible for forecasting and managing the services pipeline and opportunities and working with the deal desk to ensure closure.
  • Champion Agiloft's cultural principles, the focus on customer success, build for the long term, adopt a growth mindset, and win as a team.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent, Master's degree a plus
  • 5+ years of experience delivering consulting services and/or active involvement in selling professional services
  • 3+ years operating in a pre-sales environment with proven experience in shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects
  • Demonstrated technical and/or functional aptitude with the ability to engage with architects or SMEs during pre-sales activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including communicating with an executive-level presence
  • Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions on topics such as implementation methodology, road mapping, enterprise transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English required
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer advisory role
  • Middle-office/quote-to-cash and CLM domain expertise preferred
  • Experience working alongside product Sales and Partner Alliances teams
