THE LOCATION: TBD - potentially Atlanta

Integral Group is seeking a stellar HR Generalist with a strong focus in Benefit Administration, Leave Management, Employee Relations and HRIS database management to help serve our employees and be committed to sustainable human practices and policies and creating a better, healthier planet.

Our ideal candidate has deep experience with the full spectrum of multi-state and global benefits management, servicing the needs of 1000 + employees. Bonus points for a CA employment law background and NY employment law and leave background. * This is not a management position and it does not have any direct reports or management responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for staff inquiries and questions regarding, benefits, leave, PTO etc.; primarily focused on the Eastern Region of the US, however serves all US offices
  • Manage benefits administration for health and wellness plans - answer questions, resolve problems, manage changes and enrollments, coordinate open enrollment, assist with compliance requirements
  • Administers leave of absences for all US offices, ensuring federal and state regulations are followed along with company policies
  • Coordinate with, and serve as back-up on, visa and immigration applications
  • Update policies and procedures as requested; maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Create and maintain metrics on employee data and HR processes/activities
  • Produce employee documents
  • Creates and maintain employee files (both electronic and hard copy)
  • Special projects and additional tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, Coordinator, or specialized role providing support to multiple locations
  • Post-secondary degree or certificate specializing in human resources or related area preferred
  • Proficient working knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of key HR functional areas including but not limited to: benefits, leaves, employee relations, performance management, termination, retention, training and development, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively within a team
  • Excellent customer service, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization skills with exceptional ability to prioritized work and effectively balance conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to produce quality documents confidentially, quickly and to company standards
  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, construction industry or other professional consulting services environment or technical discipline is highly preferred
  • Experience or familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce, Zenefits or other HRIS highly preferred
  • Experience or familiarity with Deltek Vision is an asset
  • Passion for sustainable building, human performance, wellness and healthy workplaces
