As a member of the Commercial Data and Analytics team, the Manager, Patient Data Management, reports in to the Commercial Patient Data Management Lead. This role will be responsible for executing the Patient Level Data strategy and governance program for the US Commercial organization. This person will be responsible for working across multiple Amgen functions including Legal, Compliance, IS, and Commercial teams as well as multiple external vendors to support the patient data integration and analytics strategy, including ongoing operations.

Execute Patient Data Governance across Amgen brands for patient support programs such as Copay
Partner with Patient Data Management (PDM) Lead on the data requirements gathering process for onboarding new patient support program data sources
Ensure compliant operations and processing of patient level assets, ensuring adherence to all Amgen privacy and Compliance SOPs for patient level data assets
Day to day oversight of PDM operations for the brands and datasets supported by this role, including the day to day management of data aggregation vendor operations

Manage the specialty pharmacy and depot dispense data aggregation for incentive compensation

Cross-Functional collaboration, including Commercial Data Strategy, Value & Access, IS, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal

Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree

OR

Master's degree and 2 years of data management, analytics, sales and marketing operations and/or value & access experience
OR
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of data management, analytics, sales and marketing operations and/or value & access experience
OR
Associate's degree and 10 years of data management, analytics, sales and marketing operations and/or value & access experience

OR

High school diploma / GED & 12 years of data management, analytics, sales and marketing operations and/or value & access experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, sales and/or marketing operations, value & access or a related field
Direct experience with patient support programs and affiliated data
Excellent communication (oral/written) skills, including interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and success in a highly matrixed environment
Strong project management skills, lead and manage projects from concept to completion in a matrixed and, at times, ambiguous environment
Demonstrated self-starter, ability to work under limited supervision

Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills
