We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Sales Manager to further develop, maintain, generate and grow advertising partnerships for the San Antonio Spurs, Austin Spurs, San Antonio FC, and AT&T Center family shows and/or events. Responsibilities- Generate, develop, and maintain new and ongoing business relationships regionally, nationally, and globally.
- Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and services best practices, prospecting, networking, lead generation, data capture and personal data base management.
- Develop and attain personal strategies, training, and procedures to achieve revenue goals by driving partner alignment and engagement utilizing team IP, digital/social channels, promotional platforms, signage and broadcast for all SS&E Properties.
- Identify and diagnose client objectives and initiate research, development, implementation, fulfillment and recap of partnership proposals, elements and contracts.
Qualifications- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, some holidays, and event nights.
- Five years experience in advertising or partnership sales.
- Ability to develop and generate new business.
- Knowledge of sponsorship and media sales (including digital media).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- We offer the ability to perform 80% of job remotely and 20% of work needed to be performed on-site as needed or on a seasonal basis.
