Outside Builder Sales Representative

We are seeking an Outside Builder Sales Representative to entirely focus on current and prospective builder/general contractor customers.

Job Description:

Achieving sales, gross margin, and specification goals through quality sales techniques, utilizing Company organizational and time management policies, and customer service skills. Supports and promotes Company initiatives (i.e., customer service and corporate promotions). Establishing and maintaining regular contact with general contractors, single family home builders, and the architect/engineer community to meet customer needs and maximize long-term sales/gross margin and specification goals. Partnering with vendors where applicable.

Qualifications:

• May have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or related field; and/or 3-5 years' experience in sales or industry related wholesale plumbing products preferred; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the above described essential functions
• Great customer service and the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, developers, estimators and inside sales staff.
• A desire to meet sales and margin goals and gain new customers.
• Excellent computer software skills required.
• A valid driver's license, with proof of insurance as requested by CSCO
• Ability to organize workload; prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Formulate sales and margin goals.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing practices, including territory planning and effective sales closing techniques.
