Why Lytx:

The Operations Specialist will engage with internal and external customers to handle technical cases related to implementing settings management requests, and validating or executing item master updates. The role will be tasked with uncovering issues or trending problems while collaborating with other departments and will require documentation of issue and resolution. The Operations Coordinator will have a strong passion for technology demonstrating troubleshooting skills while delivering an amazing client support experience. You'll Get To:
  • Ensure accurate provisioning for new and change order product features via settings management following standard process/protocol.
  • Perform month-end reporting analysis to reconcile bookings with accurate provisioning of new features.
  • Investigate problems as they surface, troubleshoot to identify the root cause, and then suggest ways to correct them via a scalable process.
  • Resolve cases for item master changes and new product setup requests. Validate requests and route for approvals on a time-sensitive schedule.
  • Participate in new product rollout activities such as documentation of new processes and test of products.
  • Work cross-functionally across Client Operations to resolve client technical issues and propose solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


What You'll Need:
  • 1 year of experience troubleshooting technical issues in a customer facing environment
  • Intermediate knowledgeable in Excel, must be able to upload CSV files, troubleshoot issues, v-looks-up and create pivot tables. Knowledgeable with SQL queries and reporting.
  • Direct client impact through accurate provisioning.
  • Build strong relationships for cross functional projects and teams.
  • Strong documentation skills and identifies process improvement and efficiently.
  • Strategic problem solver. Systematic, process driven thinker who is highly organized. Proactive communicator and active listener who excels working cross-functionally in a team environment.
  • Able to adapt quickly in a rapidly growing and changing environment.
  • Self-motivated, loves to solve technical problems and has a hunger for knowledge.
  • Able to convey complicated technical issues to non-technical stakeholders both written and verbally.
  • Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience with automotive electronics and/or MECP/ASE Certification desired.
