The Customer & Operations Support Associate must demonstrate great interpersonal skills and be able to become the “face" of the company for our customers. You’ll be the go-to resources for assisting customers throughout their life-cycle, from product implementation through to continuing customer support. In this role, you will be acting as project manager for our engagements, manage communications and support with customers post go-live, conduct training, as well as participate in development roadmap sessions.

Job Description

  • Partner with the Technical team to develop project plans, set milestones, manage timelines, provide training to customers, and bring projects to conclusion.
  • Be the primary contact for our customers and build long-term relationships with our customers
  • Responsible for delivering exceptional client service either remotely or in-person when needed
  • Be the liaison between customers and internal teams, including sales, product, and marketing
  • Perform other duties as required


  • 1+ years experience in customer service, client relations, customer support
  • Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office and JIRA
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with an eye towards improving inefficiencies
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including explaining technical ideas to nontechnical people
  • Attention to detail and follow-through to deliver to agreed deadlines
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Are self-directed, self-organized, and results-driven
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) software Epic, Cerner, AllScripts or Meditech highly preferred, but not required
  • Understanding of health IT best-practices regarding PHI/PII, HIPAA and EHR preferred, but not required
  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience highly preferred, but not required
