We exist in an unprecedented time for climate work, surrounded by innovative solutions to the global issue of Climate Change. Although we are now equipped with a diverse array of impactful solutions, we still need people who are educated, ready, and motivated to achieve them. That's where you come in! We are seeking a Nonprofit Leadership Fellow to support SEI's sustainability-focused education programs. This role will support work in one or more of the following departments: Energize Schools, Climate Corps Education Outside, and Energize Colleges.
This is a 12-month, Full-Time Fellowship, which involves working in our SEI office located in San Rafael, CA on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for partner schools and sites in connection to programs
- Support recruitment of partner schools and teachers
- Support sustainability curriculum implementations, student engagement, and campus greening projects in collaboration with schools and partner sites
- Lead planning, development, and facilitation of training programs, events, and campaigns for students, teachers, members, or participants within assigned programs
- Support data collection, metrics, and reporting
- Create and update guides and manuals on workflow processes.
- Provide regular feedback to program leaders on opportunities to streamline and improve existing workflows and project procedures.
- Conduct research related to programming, funding opportunities, and/or resources.

- A starting wage of $24.00 an hour

Requirements:
- Degree in a sustainability-related field or 1-2 years experience in project management, education, community engagement, and/or event planning and coordination.
- Spanish proficiency at an intermediate or conversational level, comfort communicating verbally in Spanish.
- Experience working on multiple project teams and independently.
- Education and/or K-12 Education is preferred.
