Description: $78,100.00-$107,400.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

The purpose of the Master Production Planner's role is to plan rough cut capacity, provide monthly production volumes across all plant locations and replenish raw materials. The incumbent of this position will also be responsible for planning production actions for peak seasons and times of extended shutdowns.

Your Day to Day:

• Assess plant production hours availability
• Track and report curtailments, planned shutdowns and line yields
• Manage raw material purchasing in SAP to maintain inventory targets
• Analyze net inventory with forecasted shipments to determine necessary production
• Provide rough cut capacity reports and oversee approval of out-of-pattern shipments
• Stock transport orders between plants and ensure movement of production during times of limited supply
• Run capacity, manufacturing, distribution, and site location/cost scenarios
• Manage key supplier purchasing forecasts to optimize inventories and service levels
• May be required to perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of plant manufacturing experience or 8-10 years of equivalent relevant experience
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (APO/SNP Supply Network Planning)
• Detailed knowledge of purchasing/production/distribution within manufacturing environments
• Complete understanding of supply chain network
• Proficient in Excel (Reporting/Formulas), Microsoft Word, , PowerPoint, Outlook
• Moderate travel required (11 - 29 days per year)
• Work environment is typical of a manufacturing facility (maybe exposed to environmental conditions of cold, heat, high noise levels, moving mechanical parts, heights, dust/mist/gas/fumes, extensive walking or climbing, etc.).
• May be required to lift, carry, push or pull up to and including 50 pounds
