We are seeking an individual who will serve as an expert to the organization as it relates to data integrity and standards. This requires exceptional global master data knowledge, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment. The Master Data Analyst ensures the timely and accurate creation and updating of enterprise Master Data across processes, business groups and multiple systems. They maintain close working relationships with key data owners and functional groups including Customs, Finance, Procurement, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Supply Chain to drive ongoing data integrity and manage issues/answer questions related to Master Data.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Monitors, validates, and executes data creation and change requests as a Change Analyst in a Product Information Management and ERP system.
  • Drive global master data integrity and compliance with policies and procedures by working with cross functional partners to address identified gaps that may drive inconsistent data.
  • Provide data expertise and guideline knowledge on downstream impacts of inaccurate data to influence accountability, to support global data synchronization initiatives and guideline compliance.
  • Provide master data conflicts/problem resolution support and education by working with business process owners to help troubleshoot data requirements for enterprise systems & liaise with various cross functional areas to resolved or escalated to the right level.
  • Provide analytical support to other departments as necessary to assist with problem solving.
  • Support continuous improvement of master data management processes.
  • Drive master data initiatives and projects to implement new procedures and policies to streamline processes.
  • Must prioritize and work on both short term and long-term goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years experience in maintaining master data, preferably in a high-volume master data environment.
  • Understand business needs for Product Master Data Management.
  • Demonstrated experience with both foundational and transactional data.
  • Strong detail oriented with excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a high aptitude for multi-tasking, perform quality work within deadlines.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Ability to strategize, plan and implement change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and database software.
  • ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Oracle PIM Solution.
  • Global database experience, 1WorldSync preferred, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify appropriate analytical approaches depending on the business need.


Physical Demands/Work Requirements:
  • Professional office environment. This role is sedentary in nature and requires the ability to be seated at a desk for majority of the work day.
  • Ability to routinely use standard office equipment such as laptop computers, computer monitors/keyboards, photocopiers and telephones.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
