The Miller Hull Partnership's marketing team is growing, and we are looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented professional to join our team and firm leadership to deliver dynamic pursuit and marketing materials. If you are self-motivated, with a positive, team-player mentality, this is an opportunity to enhance and grow your skills at an award-winning design firm. This position will join our existing marketing team of five professionals supporting 100 staff across two studios in Seattle and San Diego.

The ideal candidate will bring a genuine curiosity about design and a deep commitment to the firm's guiding principles to Go Deep, Do Good and Be Bold, which is centered around design excellence, environmental stewardship, and the commitment to enhance communities and enrich the human experience.

Your Role:

  • Prepare proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations to support pursuit efforts
  • Organize and manage the proposal and interview process to ensure deadlines are met
  • Produce, organize, and maintain marketing collateral, including resumes, project pages, and market specific informational packets, etc.
  • Provide content, writing and editing as needed
  • Assist in graphics development to enhance project storytelling
  • Align to brand identity standards in both writing and graphics
  • Assist with industry award development
  • Assist in Deltek Vantagepoint content management

Your Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail, strong communication and organization skills
  • Highly motivated and proactive self-starter with a firm-first orientation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to maintain focus on goals, combined with the agility and flexibility to re-direct when necessary
  • Bachelor's degree, in Journalism, Marketing, Design, or other relevant degree
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in AEC industries or allied fields
  • Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, see, and hear. It is anticipated that while performing the duties of this job, you must be able to perform desk/computer work for 1-2 hours at a time, multiple times a day. The employee is occasionally required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus, sitting in a stationary position most of a work day, requiring concentration and focus while being in front of a computer monitor and during meetings.
