The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, salaried (exempt) position.

Reports To

The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Managing Director, Real Estate.

Job Overview

The Marketing Coordinator's primary role is to assist several real estate brokers with a variety of tasks related to the administration and coordination of the marketing of luxury real estate properties in Concord, MA and surrounding areas.

COVID-19 Safety Protocol

During the current pandemic, the Marketing Coordinator may work remotely the majority of the time. However, they will be expected to provide some in-person support to the brokers, when necessary. All LandVest offices are following CDC safety protocols, have a designated Health and Safety Officer, and will provide masks and sanitizer as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Concord Office brokers.

In collaboration with brokers, prepare correspondence, listing agreements, marketing data sheets, and market activity reports.

Assist with generating listing proposals.

Schedule and manage photo shoots, drone, and floorplans. Assist with scheduling property prep, home inspection, smoke inspection.

Prepare brokers for open houses and showings. Print materials and make keys.

Track the progression of a project from listing to close, keeping the team abreast of necessary next steps and changes.

Manage broker's biographies, sold lists, and current listings on LandVest database, MLS, and various other sites such as Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com. Track stats and report to Broker/Seller.

Coordinate Seller approval and input for listings.

Take property notes during floorplan and photo visits.

Coordinate and maintain the Concord Office - maintain printers, office schedule, and office presentation. Be available in the office daily, up to 20 hours per week.

Coordinate with Marketing Operations Department (MOD), broker, and client to facilitate the creation of advertising and marketing materials including design and placement of print and online advertisements, design and printing of branded materials including direct mail and property collateral and photo color correction. Have a grasp of best local, pertinent advertising placement.

Collaborate on strategic regional planning with Regional Director and individual brokers.

Manage team and individual budgets.

Collaborate with brokers and MOD to create content for LandVest's blog and social media sites, focusing on your region and brokers.

Create quarterly (at a minimum) CIRE newsletters, email announcements and targeted mailings with brokers and MOD.

Be available to occasionally open, set up, and close a property or to meet a buyer for a showing.

Assist brokers with buyer search: RealScout/MLS search set up.

Occasional driving for company-related errands, and to visit properties.

Other sundry office management responsibilities, as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required sit, stand, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. The employee is occasionally required to drive.

Qualifications & Skills

Education level: Bachelor's degree or above

Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office, Adobe

Experience in or ability to learn quickly how to use Real Estate Databases

High-level proofreading skills

Experience with blogs and social media

Excellent professional communication skills written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Detail and task-oriented

Valid Driver's License

Eligible to obtain Real Estate license

Eligible to become a Notary Public
