We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Associate II to join our national marketing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the growth of our national market sectors. Providing creative insight and design for our national pursuits, leading our digital asset manager efforts while gathering and managing key customer intelligence are all instrumental in positioning Boldt as a leader in the construction industry. The self-starting individual must have a proven ability to work independently on multiple projects at a time, under tight deadlines, in addition to working with various teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead national project pursuit responsibilities
  • Build creative page layouts to visually communicate our message and brand for strategic pursuits
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to develop, format and edit proposal content
  • Engage in the development of interview/presentation creation/production materials
  • Support prequalification efforts and maintain key boilerplate documents
  • Gather and manage existing and prospective client intelligence to support customer data management effort
  • Manage companywide photography in digital asset manager
  • Work closely with national BD team to gain customer intelligence
  • Develop professional and concise internal presentations for senior executives
  • Ensure corporate branding standards are being met
  • Participate in internal Boldt committee activities as requested
  • Other duties, responsibilities, or activities may be assigned at any time

  • Creative aptitude; ability to create layouts for proposals, presentations, and other printed materials
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work successfully and thrive in a team-based and fast-paced environment
  • Strong proofing and editing skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well with other people at all levels

  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office and Outlook; Adobe Creative Suite required

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or other relevant degrees related to Boldt’s core business

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, i.e. Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred Experience

5-7 years of relevant A/E/C experience

Travel

Occasional travel may be needed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear. The employee regularly is required to walk and reach with hands. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee frequently uses computer keyboard, regularly travels (as vehicle driver and as passenger on various modes of transportation), and occasionally performs work on-site at construction work sites. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee views computer monitor frequently.
