ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and other team members to produce sales enablement tools in both digital & print (flyers, catalogues, brochure etc).
  • Ensure sales tools are current and up to date on internal and external facing sites.
  • Build and launch our weekly internal newsletter and assist with launching other sales and customer communications
  • Manage campaign leads and ensure they are distributed to sales team members in a timely manner and under the agreed guidelines.
  • Assist with a range of reporting and analytics activities to monitor metrics of major marketing programs including email, digital advertising, social, etc.
  • Help with campaign planning, budget reporting, systems administration, and training.
  • Ensure content on SharePoint, our Librarian Resource Center and public pages are maintained and stay up to date
  • Act as a collaborative, helpful, inquisitive, and proactive team member.
  • Manage additional support activities within the Programs & Execution team as required.

  • An ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Ability to balance a variety of responsibilities and handle many projects simultaneously, efficiently, and accurately
  • An analytical and adaptable approach, and willingness to embrace change
  • Ability to follow processes and guidelines
  • Ability to collaborate with others
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Prior marketing or copywriting activity/experience
  • Prior experience with InDesign a plus

Position Location: This position is hybrid in Cary, North Carolina
