Manager, Payments Risk Analytics

Position Summary

The HintMD platform, recently acquired by Revance Therapeutics, is a payment platform for the aesthetics industry geared to power Prestige Experiences in Aesthetics with Products and Services portfolio for our clients. We are looking for a Payments Risk Analytics Manager who will be responsible for building and monitoring merchant risk solutions . You will be supporting both the onboarding of our merchants as well as monitor risks associated with their lifecycle on our platform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in risk analytic s within the payment industry .
• Experience with platforms like Looker and PowerBI as a basis to build risk solutions.
• Experience building models with SQL , Python, R, and/or Strat a.
• High integrity with an understanding of how to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of payment industry, underwriting, financial statements, and basic bank and association rules.
• Experience building and automating risk models with focus on AML and fraud identification .
• Experience developing rules-based workflows to automate analysis and escalation processes.
• BA/BS in Finance and Accounting or equivalent work experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously evaluate risk framework based on changing operational and commercial considerations.
• Evaluate and solution 3 rd party tools as needed to enhance risk infrastructure.
• Execute on risk strategy by building out the support infrastructure such as reporting, alerts, and workflows.
• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of fraud, merchant, and portfolio risks. Work cross functionally to resolve and remediate risks.
• Collaborate with product and operations to enhance capabilities surrounding risk strategy across product and operations as we scale the platform.
• Participate in special projects and assignments and performs ad hoc duties as assigned.
