We are seeking a Manager, Intensive Social Programs

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

The Manager, Intensive Social Programs accomplishes ISBH objectives by supervising staff, organizing resources and monitoring work processes related to the organization's intensive service offerings. The manager will work in close collaboration with behavioral health operations, human resources, and in alignment with the behavioral health performance team.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides direct oversight of operations and programmatic activity for a range of intensive programs including but not limited to Intensive Home-Based Therapy, Risk Management, Multi-Systemic Therapy, etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring all programs successfully meet appropriate fidelity models.
  • Promotes available programs and services in the local communities and works to grow enrollment and utilization.
  • Responsible for implementation of program schedules and budgets.
  • Develops and maintains working relationship with partner agencies and community stakeholders in communities served.
  • Assign cases with a focus on acuity of need to prioritize clients for intensity of service.
  • Assure team productivity standards are met
  • Review and monitor clinical documentation in the electronic health records for appropriateness and compliance.
  • Facilitates programming for members both onsite and in the community.
  • Provides direct clinical and other behavioral health services as needed.
  • Tracks participant demographics and other relevant data.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Managing Director of Community Behavioral Health.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, public health, education or related fields are required.
  • Licensed as LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC/PhD/IMFT preferred.
  • Four plus years of experience delivering or managing intensive programing.
  • Experience working in the behavioral health field and/or working with multi-system youth and families required.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Broad knowledge of community service systems.
  • Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace required.
  • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines within fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
