Position Summary:
The Insights and Analytics Manager primary responsibilities are the development and implementation of comprehensive analytic tools and strategies that allow data to be transformed into business insights. These insights are used for high quality decision making and strategic planning by key stakeholders within the organization. The Insights and Analytics Manager is a key leader in the Insights and Analytics team driving consistent and scalable analytics across the organization

Supervision Given and Received:
Manages entry to intermediate level employees of a department or a function with 1 or 2 sections. Ensures budgets, schedules, and performance requirements are met.

Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
Contacts/Cooperation:
Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
