Be ready to be feel valued, developed, engaged, and empowered. The Human Resources team at Revance Therapeutics is looking for an energized HR Operations Manager to work with our team.

As a critical member of our HR team, you will design, develop and manage initiatives that will help drive candidate experience, employee engagement, grow our talent and champion diversity & inclusion efforts.

You will ensure data integrity across HR systems, compliant and efficient transaction processing and further enhance metrics and reporting capabilities.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strategy of the onboarding process to enhance the new hire experience and ensure compliance in record keeping requirements
  • Conduct process mapping to develop and deploy transactional HR processes; continuously seek ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness and recommend improvements
  • Enhance data reporting capabilities and produce monthly and quarterly HR metrics to be distributed to Senior Leaders and Board Members
  • Ensure data integrity by accurate and compliant employee record maintenance across HR systems capturing all status changes and perform regular audit procedures
  • Maintain HRIS system data setup (i.e. job code tables, salary structure tables, position management)
  • Manage reporting hierarchy and org chart generation and distribution process
  • Ensure timely and accurate employee transaction processing
  • Manage the employee offboarding processes, including system access, exit interviews and reporting and analytics


Education
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Minimum 5 years of HR operations experience required
  • Experience with HRIS system maintenance (ADP, Workday or other) including system implementation
  • Prior experience managing teams a plus
  • Excellent critical thinking and analysis skills, and the confidence to identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advance knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point, or related software.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
