We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Account Manager at our Cranberry, PA corporate headquarters location. The person in this role will focus on driving revenue while assisting our customers in meeting their business goals. They will manage both internal and external relationships to ensure an exception level of service is provided to our customers.   • Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
  • Build rapport with key stakeholders at each account
  • Manage Channel Partner Inside Sales Teams & assigned Business Development Accounts
  • Meet monthly sales goals
  • Meet set KPI goals weekly
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing customers
  • Determine customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Work with channel partners to build opportunities and close sales
  • Utilize Salesforce for scheduling, pipeline reporting, developing prospective customer profiles and documenting all sales-related activities
  • Make follow-up calls and provide a high-quality customer service
  • Respond to client and customer communication
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations
  • Develop appropriate network within the company to facilitate identification and sharing of

    relevant information, best practices etc. between offices


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A proven track record working within a fast paced inside sales environment
  • A working knowledge of CRM processes and systems, preferably experience with the application salesforce.com
  • An ability to drive results and achieve stretched call, order and revenue targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Competent numeracy/commercial skills
  • Proven operational and organizational competencies
  • Competent in the use of social media and database systems
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic workplace
  • Must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated persistence amid setbacks



  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required for all levels


  • Level 1: At least 2 years of inside sales experience or customer service experience
  • Level 2: At least 3 years of inside sales experience or customer service experience
  • Level 3: At least 4 years of inside sales experience or customer service experience

Preferred Experience

  • At least 5 years of inside sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience with SAP
