Reporting to the Senior Manager Leadership Development, this position is responsible for governing and continuously improving Operations global FUEL ETRP (Emerging Talent Rotational Program), providing leadership to local ETRP program managers in our global site network. This position will also lead programmatic aspects of other FUEL leadership development programs such our director level program OLP (Operations Leader Program).

Responsibilities include:

Manage end-to-end execution of Operations' Thousand Oaks ETRP leadership program.
  • This includes recruitment, coaching and supportingparticipants, collecting and consolidating feedback from sponsors, managers, mentors and participants, coordination and execution of training curriculum and engagement activities, tracking participant progress, reporting & program metrics, end-to-end candidate care.

Continuously improve the design and management of the global FUEL ETRP program in collaboration with local program managers
  • Ensure global standards, business processes, metrics across all ETRP programs
  • Oversee the relationship with external education and assessment partners to ensure high quality learning curriculum and development opportunities
  • Foster a sense of community with program participants
  • Partner with functional and site lead Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) on participant progress, program feedback and updates and stay attuned to what is happening in the sites .
  • Manage the semi-annual process to evaluate participant performance and potential
  • Collaborate with and present updates to executive governance committees
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices related to FUEL
  • Provide forecast input to Finance Partners
  • Collaborate with our Mobility partners where applicable
  • Maintenance of program related resources
  • Collaborate with global mobility on assignments and transfers
  • Partner with the Human Resources Learning and Development team as well as the Operations functional learning team to ensure alignment of Learning and Development systems and processes

Basic Qualifications

Doctorate degree
OR
Master's degree and 2 years of Learning & Development, Human Resources or Instructional Design experience
OR
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Learning & Development, Human Resources or Instructional Design experience
OR
Associate's degree and 10 years of Learning & Development, Human Resources or Instructional Design experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Learning & Development, Human Resources or Instructional Design experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a leadership development role
  • Experience with coaching and providing career advice
  • Experience with program management
  • Demonstrated ability to interact, influence and build relationships with all levels of staff, management, and executives
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the clients' needs and translate them into actions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, able to handle tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working across functions and geographies and in a matrixed organization
