The Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences at Loyola University Maryland invites applications for a 12-month clinical half-time affiliate faculty position starting May 1, 2022. The person hired will teach the equivalent of five courses over the fall, spring, and summer semesters (one course is equivalent to an eight-hour day). The position will involve supervising first-year graduate students at the Loyola Clinical Centers, Belvedere Square location.
The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision for first-year graduate students in speech-language pathology, specialize in voice and fluency, complete necessary documentation, conduct student evaluations, provide clinical instruction in student clinical seminars, and attend supervisor and department meetings. There are no research expectations with this position. Applicants will take an active role in building and establishing a client caseload.

Candidate must have a M.S. or M.A. in speech language pathology, be certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association, have licensure in the state of Maryland and have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders. Candidate must also possess experience with voice assessment and intervention.
