Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to design our paid social media ads and update Rapid Response's website content.

About the Position

• Responsible for creating and designing visually compelling organic and paid website digital ads, social media graphics, and other collateral that match Rapid's brand
• Build out, design, edit (images, video, and text) and execute e-mail marketing campaigns and communicate in a clear, credible, and concise manner
• Work with executive leaders to understand goals for brand guidelines and recruiting and develop content accordingly
• Assist marketing leadership in developing overall social media strategy to drive both brand and recruitment marketing campaigns for our organization
• Assist with live social media coverage during events
• Creating and updating HTML web content changes in a timely manner

• Enthusiastic about sharing examples of work on social site and/or a portfolio link

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Studies, Marketing or Journalism
• 4+ years' experience in marketing, social media, writing, advertising, or a related field
• Must possess a solid understanding of the social media universe, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, blogs, and other related online platforms, social media optimization strategies, and interactive marketing principles
• Proficiency in Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in web design
• Proficient with Facebook Insights, Google Analytics
• Experience with WordPress or web development (HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Adobe apps, etc.) for content management, web design and web development
• Experience working with Hootsuite Enterprise

COVID-19 Requirements

• Must be fully vaccinated: 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson, 2 weeks prior or more
• Booster shot is required 2 months after Johnson & Johnson or 5 months after second dose of Pfizer/Moderna
