What we're looking for in you
  • Bachelor's Degree required in graphic design, digital design, photography, communications, or related
  • 2+ years of experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and digital software
  • 2+ years of experience concepting and designing compositions, layouts, templates
  • 1+ years of experience consulting with clients or internal customers to provide the best solution for their marketing communication needs
  • Excellent concepting, design skills both online, print, digital and PowerPoint
  • Photography experience preferred
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and multiple priorities while delivering projects on time.
  • Experience designing presentations and promotional literature
  • Ability to develop constructive, collaborative and consultative relationships with team and internal customers across the country and maintain them over time.


The purpose of your role as a Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer, you will drive communication projects with emphasis on print and online graphic design, digital design, photography for internal communications, external communications and design and brand management.
  • Design ads, brochures, sell sheets, project sheets, PowerPoint, signage, trade show banners, RFPs, etc.) using proven design principles.
  • Drive website design changes
  • Consult with internal customers and manager to create promotional materials for their niche businesses
  • Create animated designs for projects
  • Use photography to highlight Harris capabilities
  • Organize and prepare printed marketing materials graphics, brochures following the company brand identity guide while applying out of the box thinking to design a variety of effective communication materials.
  • Produce a range of materials to support the company's business development efforts.
  • Maintain and expand digital asset library
  • Support customer events, tradeshows and recruitment fairs with graphics and brochure-ware. Design and distribute invitations, both online and paper.
  • Design and maintain branding visuals for 10 offices.
  • Manage new employee photo process
  • Take photos at job sites locally and remotely.
