Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Providing comprehensive support within Finance & Operations department, you will be ensuring service standards are met; performing administrative support in different topics and backing other finance activities.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Accounts Payable: Provide a full, accurate and comprehensive accounts payable management from submitting supplier invoices into the system to performing payments on the established due dates. Assistance and negotiation with vendors, making the payment orders, cash allocation and follow up of the pending invoices; Responsible for all the expense reimbursement for all the company. Responsible for all the tax payments and petty cash.
- Financial Analysis: Perform different account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Lead and participate in departmental continuous improvement projects to identify, implement and review process improvements to ensure the team works according to standard procedures and best practice, and operational benefits are accomplished. Provide different complete and accurate reports (On demand and considering new improvements and needs according to local business growth).
- Treasury & Taxes: Cashflow planning on a daily basis and treasury related activities; Responsible for different paperwork tasks related to bank and taxes; Withholding tax certificates emission
About the candidateTo be successful in this role you will have: - Graduation in Economic (Accountant or Lic Administration)
- Experience in accounting.
- Excellent English level.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence and competence in using MS Office packages (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Outgoing, persuasive and a confident communicator with people of all levels
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Discrete and trustworthy as required to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Flexibility
Desirable:
- Experience of/or an interest in developing process improvement
- Using IT in general to improve work efficiency
- Administrative and organisational skills
